💼 About This Role

You'll be part of the Production team, supporting the development of innovative, high-quality footwear from concept through commercialization. You'll collaborate with Product Design, Merchandising, and factory teams to ensure technical integrity, cost targets, and timelines are met. This role is hands-on and highly collaborative, driving product excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with design, merchandising, and factory partners to develop footwear from concept to commercialization.
• Evaluate bottoms, components, upper patterns, materials, and constructions for fit, performance, and cost.
• Provide technical input and identify risks early, proposing alternative solutions.
• Support resolution of product development issues and cost analysis across sample stages.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6 years of footwear product development and/or production experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Working knowledge of footwear construction, materials, costing, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with Asia-based factories or vendors.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of PLM software.
• Adobe Illustrator experience.
• Experience reviewing costing and testing data.
