💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of technicians producing advanced autonomous air vehicles at Anduril's first hyper-scale manufacturing facility. Your core impact is ensuring on-time delivery while fostering a positive team culture. This role includes a 3-month training program in Costa Mesa before establishing excellence in Ohio.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage technician staff in production and delivery of hardware through factory acceptance.
• Set priorities and direct daily operations to meet production goals.
• Coach, mentor, and support production technicians for skill development.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed throughout production.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in production-oriented or electro-mechanical technician fields.
• 3+ years in a supervisor or production operations lead/manager role in high-volume production.
• Experience with ERP and MES systems.
• Understanding of product life cycle (NPI to scaled production) and LEAN manufacturing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with change management (ECOs).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (mechanical drawings, schematics, etc.).
