💼 About This Role

You'll manage and optimise the Workday HR platform across multiple markets as the internal subject matter expert. You'll ensure system efficiency, strengthen governance, and drive HR digital maturity across the organisation. This is a fully remote role with a diverse, international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules and workflows.
• Troubleshoot system errors and resolve configuration issues.
• Develop Workday dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
• Support Workday integrations with payroll and other systems.

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of hands-on HRIS or Workday delivery experience.
• Experience with Workday configuration including Talent and Absence modules.
• Experience managing HR system reporting and dashboards.
• Experience supporting HR system integrations and digital transformation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Multi-country HRIS environment experience.
• Familiarity with regional payroll frameworks in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines.
• Experience with Workday implementations.
