🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation for AI Simulation solutions
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to Product and Engineering teams
• Build reference architectures and implementation runbooks
• Drive enterprise-grade deployment best practices across security and observability

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture or Customer Engineering for enterprise SaaS
• Strong cloud architecture experience (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Working knowledge of ML and data pipelines
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into architectures

• Familiarity with LLM ecosystems and partner integration workflows
