You'll be the face of Rothy's in our Larchmont store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships. You'll drive sales through service, embodying our values and creating a welcoming, inclusive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver the Rothy's Experience to every customer
• Drive personal sales and contribute to team goals
• Create lasting customer relationships through clienteling
• Support store operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising

📋 Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work at least 16 hours/week including weekends
• Ability to stand/walk an entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
