You'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for Talkdesk's key customers, driving product adoption and ensuring long-term customer health. You'll bridge customer stakeholders and internal teams to align on business objectives. This hybrid role combines technical guidance with CRM responsibilities for a proactive professional.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary technical contact for assigned accounts
  • Support onboarding, product training, and enablement
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Partner with customers on adoption and innovation roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or Solution Consulting in SaaS or CCaaS/CPaaS
  • Strong technical acumen with APIs and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience in software deployments with agile or waterfall methodologies
  • Proven ability to align technology solutions to strategic business outcomes

  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
  • Experience with contact center technology or customer experience platforms
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and success planning
