You'll serve as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for Talkdesk's key customers, driving product adoption and ensuring long-term customer health. You'll bridge customer stakeholders and internal teams to align on business objectives. This hybrid role combines technical guidance with CRM responsibilities for a proactive professional.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary technical contact for assigned accounts
- Support onboarding, product training, and enablement
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Partner with customers on adoption and innovation roadmap
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, TAM, or Solution Consulting in SaaS or CCaaS/CPaaS
- Strong technical acumen with APIs and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience in software deployments with agile or waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to align technology solutions to strategic business outcomes

- Experience in financial services, healthcare, or retail
- Experience with contact center technology or customer experience platforms
- Experience with customer journey mapping and success planning
