💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the bridge between People and IT to unlock AI-enabled work, ensuring People Team data is clean and governed. You'll own the data-to-decision chain, building toward a more AI-augmented People function while enabling self-service access to key metrics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure People data is clean, documented, and accessible with clear governance.
• Provide reliable self-service access to headcount, attrition, and talent pipeline metrics.
• Establish collaboration model between People and IT on data and AI projects.
• Develop AI roadmap and prioritized backlog based on workflow analysis.

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency to write and interpret queries in data environments.
• Experience with HRIS/HCM systems at configuration level.
• AI tool evaluation in workflow context (not just theoretical).
• Cross-functional communication between People and IT/engineering.

• HR data process knowledge (hiring, onboarding, performance, comp, exits).
• Understanding of gaps between system data and operational reality.
