Description

In this role, you will lead the onboarding process for new clients, collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation, and manage multiple projects with varying stages of implementation. You'll drive client success by configuring Loop's system, project managing through launch and hypercare, and partnering with operations and engineering to meet client needs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years customer-facing experience in supply chain/logistics technology integrations or project/account management in logistics/transportation
• 3+ years direct involvement in Transportation, Logistics, Brokerage, and/or Supply Chain Industries
• Ability to lead large groups to meet critical goals and proactively communicate risks/opportunities
• Experience in process mapping, whiteboarding workflows, and creating user-facing documentation
• Proficiency in project management tools and software

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project management for solution scoping and implementations
• Lead onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transition from sales to implementation
• Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure implementation aspects are completed on time
• Own functional requirements documentation and lead detailed discovery sessions on business and technical requirements
