You'll join a small senior team to rebuild the product around AI agents that manage users' careers. Your core impact is shipping end-to-end agentic workflows that research roles, prepare interviews, and negotiate offers. You'll work directly with the CEO on a system that serves millions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ship AI features end-to-end (API, orchestration, streaming UI, evals).
• Build multi-step agent workflows for career tasks.
• Create streaming interfaces with graceful degradation.
• Develop the eval system for regression and cost monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• Senior experience in full-stack or AI engineering.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with cloud-edge platforms like Cloudflare Workers.
• Ability to build and maintain agentic systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Postgres and pgvector.
• Prior work on LLM evaluations and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with MCP servers or tool-calling frameworks.
