You'll lead and inspire a team of General Managers across multiple Philz Coffee locations in Southern California. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Store Leaders in customer experience and team development.
• Support new store openings and ensure safety standards.
• Manage P&L including COGS, labor, and OpEx.
• Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and promotions.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years multi-unit (10+ stores) management in food/beverage retail.
• 5+ years operational experience with a food/beverage retailer.
• 2+ years P&L oversight with demonstrable financial acumen.
• Ability to analyze sales data, labor forecasting, and inventory management.
