🎯 What You'll Do

• Own core people programs across the employee lifecycle
• Build consistent processes for a growing organization
• Partner with leaders on talent planning and development
• Track metrics and deliver insights to leadership

📋 Requirements

• 4-7 years experience in People Operations, HR, or Program Management
• Experience in a mid-sized or high-growth company (100-500 employees)
• Demonstrated ability to build and run programs
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
