💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical linchpin for the AI Platform team, designing the fundamental MLOps infrastructure that enables dozens of teams to build, deploy, and monitor AI at scale. You'll partner with leadership to define the 1-2 year technical vision, acting as a force multiplier through mentorship and architectural leadership. This role offers the chance to drive high-impact AI infrastructure in a dynamic, product-focused environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and lead the evolution of a unified MLOps platform.
• Champion CI/CD for ML and infrastructure-as-code best practices.
• Lead collaboration across Data Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Mentor P2 and P3 engineers to foster technical rigor.

📋 Requirements

• 10-12+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 6-7 years focused on productionizing and scaling ML systems.
• Expert-level proficiency in Python, Scala, or Java/Kotlin.
• Experience with PySpark and high-performance computing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise Feature Stores (Tecton, Feast) or streaming frameworks (Apache Flink, Ray).
• Ability to debug performance issues across UI/UX (React) or kernel/networking layers.
• Open-source contributions (MLflow, Kubeflow) or conference speaking.
