You'll design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments for a large-scale digital education platform serving one million users. Your work will directly influence user engagement and subscription growth. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape growth strategies in a high-velocity experimentation culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across the customer journey
• Manage experimentation roadmap based on business impact and learning potential
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Present findings and recommendations to teams and leadership

📋 Requirements

• 2–4+ years in CRO, growth marketing, or experimentation roles
• Proven success designing experiments that improved conversion or revenue
• Hands-on with analytics tools like GA4, Amplitude, or Power BI
• Experience with A/B testing platforms like Convert or Hotjar
