You'll build a privacy-first data platform for healthcare, enabling analytics and marketing without exposing protected health information. You'll ship features that provide immediate benefits to customers while working across product, sales, and growth. This role offers mentorship and pair programming in an iterative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and expand the privacy-first data backbone for healthcare customers
• Develop audience, marketing, and optimization tools for healthcare teams
• Pair program with engineers in an iterative, exploratory environment
• Get hands-on exposure to customers, sales, product, and growth

📋 Requirements

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience
• Ability to learn quickly and get up to speed on new tools
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand and reason about complex systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Golang, Typescript, AWS, Postgres
• Experience in analytics, customer data, or big data space
