💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Engineering to design and deploy ML and Gen-AI models for autonomous vehicle quality assurance. You'll leverage AI-powered insights to proactively identify on-road issue trends and edge cases, bridging AI development with operational execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy ML/Gen-AI models for issue detection and triage.
• Identify emerging on-road issue trends using AI insights.
• Define SOPs integrating AI tools into vendor workflows.
• Perform meta-quality checks on human and AI outputs.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 4 years relevant work experience in AV Software Quality Operations.
• Experience supporting the machine learning lifecycle (data prep to deployment).
• Experience with ML testing and validation including bias detection and edge-case testing.
• Strong understanding of driving rules and regulations.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Basic SQL querying.
• Competency in LLM/transformer models or ML for robotics.
