💼 About This Role

You'll develop and execute strategies for in-person activations to attract developers to the Stellar blockchain. You'll give keynotes, lead workshops, and create tutorials, code samples, and docs to empower the developer community. This role focuses on bootstrapping the ecosystem of tools, protocols, and dapps for smart contracts on Stellar.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute strategies for in-person developer activations
• Give keynotes, lead workshops, and mentor at conferences and hackathons
• Create tutorials, videos, code samples, and technical documentation
• Review technical documentation, pull requests, and ecosystem contributions
• Onboard developers from other ecosystems into the Stellar community

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a developer advocate in web3 with strong engineering background
• Experience using AI as part of development workflow
• Experience writing technical documentation or developer guides
• Familiarity with smart contract platforms (Wasm- or EVM-based)

✨ Nice to Have

• Written and deployed smart contracts across multiple chains including Stellar
• Built full-stack applications with JavaScript and React
• Experience with Rust or open-source blockchain ecosystems
