You'll generate qualified pipeline that fuels Tempo's Enterprise revenue engine, operating in a pod model with an Enterprise Account Director. You'll co-own account strategy and execution from first touch through opportunity handoff, using AI tools and enterprise sales techniques. This role requires strong prioritization, deep research, and confidence to navigate complex buying committees.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own outbound strategy against a named enterprise target list
- Engage economic buyers, technical evaluators, and executive sponsors
- Partner with Enterprise Account Director on joint account planning
- Maintain clean Salesforce records and opportunity linkage
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound B2B SaaS sales development experience
- Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline from cold starts
- Sharp written and verbal communicator
- Fluent with Salesforce and SalesLoft or Outreach
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with intent data platforms (6sense)
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence (Gong)
- Enterprise or strategic account experience
