🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise underwriting risk selection strategy
• Serve as final decision-maker for complex and jumbo cases
• Build, lead, and develop underwriting leaders and teams
• Partner with Product, Actuarial, and Reinsurance teams

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 15+ years of life insurance underwriting experience
• Executive underwriting authority of $20M+
• Proven experience leading large underwriting organizations

• Master's degree or MBA
• Professional designations (ACS, ALU, FLMI, FALU, CLU)
