• Input network recurring invoices and reconcile ghost card weekly
• Collaborate with purchasers to ensure accurate and timely bill payment
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Implement and leverage finance software to improve efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years' experience in an accounting position
• Advanced computer skills on Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Proven knowledge of GAAP (GASB, FASB)
