You'll lead affiliate growth for Binance TH in Thailand, recruiting KOLs and creators to drive user acquisition. You'll manage performance optimization through data analysis and campaign execution. 📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in affiliate or performance marketing
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven ROI tracking
• Understanding of Thai digital landscape and creator ecosystem
