You'll own the customer relationship post-implementation, ensuring measurable value from managed services. You'll blend strategic partnership with operational execution to drive retention and growth. This role requires orchestrating service delivery and translating outcomes into success metrics.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, owning relationship and success plan.
- Lead regular touchpoints like QBRs and service reviews focused on value realization.
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure consistent execution of managed services.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewal processes.
- Track customer health, report on success metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in managed services or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SLAs and operational delivery models.
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Gainsight and CRM tools (preferably Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree required.
