Description

You will lead ecosystem measurement strategy, develop KPI frameworks and attribution models, and partner with senior leaders to inform investment decisions. You own complex analytical problem spaces and set craft standards for the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years in analytics, data science, or strategy in complex cross-functional environments
• Proven experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks, measurement systems, or attribution models
• Strong applied experience with segmentation, regression, causal inference, forecasting, or experimentation
• Deep proficiency in SQL and strong working knowledge of Python and/or R
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing senior technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize attribution models linking ecosystem activity to player lifecycle outcomes
• Translate ecosystem strategy questions into analytical approaches (segmentation, forecasting, causal inference)
• Define and evolve ecosystem-level KPI frameworks across Esports, Publishing, Platform, CPX, and Entertainment
• Identify high-leverage ecosystem opportunities and risks through proactive analysis
• Partner with Central Data Engineering to design scalable pipelines, data models, and dashboards
