You'll handle employment law matters for 7 group entities, including contract lifecycle and terminations. You will be the legal reference for the People team and manage litigation risk. This part-time CDD role offers full remote flexibility in a fast-growing European scale-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and review employment contracts and amendments
• Advise on terminations and manage litigation risk
• Support Works Council consultations
• Handle HR policies and GDPR compliance

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in employment law
• 5-8 years of experience in employment law
• Significant experience in terminations and CSE
• Fluent in French and English

• Knowledge of UK or German employment law
• Familiarity with Anglo-Saxon incentive plans
