Description

You will design and develop next-generation equipment and tooling for maritime vehicle production, creating factory layouts and production system models to enable lean manufacturing. This role involves hands-on collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for defense hardware.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in tooling, equipment, or process engineering for manufacturing technology
• Experience in facilities, equipment, and tooling for large-scale manufacturing
• Hands-on work in manufacturing environment
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

Responsibilities

• Design factory layouts and discreet systems using digital thread, CAD, and simulation
• Question requirements to ensure cost- and schedule-effective solutions
• Support design, construction, commissioning, and start-up of production systems at new factory sites
• Lead hands-on project completion and drive collaboration across teams
