You'll lead the enterprise marketing engine for a YC-backed e-commerce visual solutions company, scaling B2B revenue from $5M to $30M+ ARR. You'll own ABM, events, demand gen, and PLG strategies with a lean, high-impact team.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead go-to-market strategy for enterprise sales pipeline
- Develop account-based marketing and event programs
- Oversee demand generation via content and paid channels
- Build product-led growth and sales-assist motions
- Hire and coach the enterprise GTM squad
π Requirements
- 8-10+ years in B2B growth/marketing
- Cross-functional leadership with sales and product alignment
- Data-driven KPI ownership tied to pipeline and revenue
- Scaled enterprise marketing from <$5M to $30M+ ARR
