💼 About This Role

You'll lead maintenance operations for rocket motor manufacturing at a defense tech company. You'll ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance across production and facility systems. This role combines electrical expertise with team leadership in a high-stakes environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems including 3-phase power and PLCs
• Maintain and improve critical production equipment
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and reliability improvements

📋 Requirements

• Certified Electrician (Journeyman or Master preferred)
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Hands-on with 3-phase electrical systems, motor controls, and PLC basics
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents

✨ Nice to Have

• HVAC certification (EPA Section 608) or hands-on experience
• Experience in high-safety or regulated environments
• Familiarity with CMMS systems
