Description

You will support the Talent Buyer by drafting offers for artists and venues, coordinating availability, and maintaining show files. You'll assist with ticket pricing, marketing, budgeting, and day-of-event advancements, helping ensure smooth operations for live shows and festivals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred
• 0-2 years related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

• Draft offers for artists and venues based on projected ticket sales
• Coordinate venue calendar holds with artist availability
• Submit offers to venues and agents and follow up on documents
• Advance shows on day of event ensuring artist arrival and schedule
• Maintain show files and compile invoices for settlement
