You'll ensure King County and Washington State food safety compliance and manage HACCP plan execution at a high-volume commissary. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with King County and WA food safety requirements
- Manage receiving, cooking, cooling, and packing processes per HACCP
- Report deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct regular training sessions on safety for employees
๐ Requirements
- Food operations experience in a fast-paced environment
- State/Local Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP Manager, PCQI)
- Management experience leading a diverse team
- Strong communication and computer skills
