  • Ensure compliance with King County and WA food safety requirements
  • Manage receiving, cooking, cooling, and packing processes per HACCP
  • Report deviations from quality standards and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct regular training sessions on safety for employees

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Food operations experience in a fast-paced environment
  • State/Local Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP Manager, PCQI)
  • Management experience leading a diverse team
  • Strong communication and computer skills
