You'll onboard partners onto the Fresha ecosystem, ensuring quality builds and efficient activation of payment features. You'll manage expectations, timelines, and risks to deliver accurate go-live dates. This role requires fluent Arabic and is based in Dubai with onsite work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Understand partner business requirements and communicate onboarding approach.
• Lead partners through onboarding, managing expectations and risks.
• Build quality Fresha profiles with focus on payment features.
• Provide quality assurance for marketplace listings.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent Arabic reading, speaking, and writing proficiency.
• Commercial mindset to understand partner needs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data cleaning.

✨ Nice to Have

• Project coordination experience or certification.
• Experience in beauty & wellness sector or start-up/scale-up tech company.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
