🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess employee training needs with management and SMEs
• Design engaging online courses and learning materials
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Lead projects through ADDIE from conception to implementation

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in instructional design
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Proficiency in e-learning development software (e.g., Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline)
• Experience working with complex technical content

• Experience with video/explainer creation
• Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual communication
