💼 About This Role

You'll support Common Cause's organizing and outreach programs across Florida, driving civic engagement and nonpartisan voter education. You'll build relationships with community partners and manage election protection projects. This hybrid role requires travel and in-person work up to two days per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Grow, diversify, and engage supporters through outreach events.
• Manage discrete projects within the election protection program.
• Represent Common Cause at community events and coalition meetings.
• Assist with research and advocacy on democracy issues.

📋 Requirements

• Commitment to Common Cause's nonpartisan mission.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to travel 1-2 times per year for team retreats.
• Willingness to maintain a social media presence on behalf of the organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Conversational or fluent in Spanish or Creole.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom).
• Interest in democracy issues specific to Florida's political dynamic.
