Description

You will lead full-stack development for Okta Workflows, a no-code automation platform, owning features from design to deployment. Collaborate with product, design, and architecture teams to build performant, scalable, and secure integrations that empower enterprises to automate identity-centric workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years building modern web applications in full-stack environment
• Deep expertise in TypeScript, ReactJS, and Node.js
• Experience designing APIs, working with relational databases (PostgreSQL), and building distributed cloud services
• Strong product mindset with ability to collaborate with Product and Design
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end features using JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL
• Lead technical design for key initiatives ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Build reusable and performant UI components for no-code builder experience
• Own services throughout lifecycle including implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and incident response
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
