You'll build and evolve systems that ingest and process communication data across telephony and meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams. Your core impact is designing scalable media pipelines for real-time audio/video processing that enable new product capabilities. This role offers technical leadership in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain real-time audio/video processing systems
• Build and evolve scalable media pipelines for low-latency processing
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers
• Contribute to architecture of distributed systems for high-throughput media ingestion

📋 Requirements

• Experience with real-time communication systems including VoIP, SIP, RTP, or WebRTC
• Experience with audio/video processing pipelines, codecs, or streaming technologies
• Experience building and operating microservices and REST/gRPC APIs
• Familiarity with observability tooling and debugging distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security best practices in cloud environments
• Experience with CI/CD and GitOps workflows like ArgoCD
