💼 About This Role

You'll provide process engineering support for bioreactor operations and downstream purification in a GMP biopharmaceutical environment. Your work will directly impact drug substance production for global supply through process optimization, commissioning, and validation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for complex manufacturing projects.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support upstream bioreactor operations including seed train and production.
• Lead downstream processing for centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, and UF/DF.
• Author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ and commissioning protocols.
• Support process troubleshooting, investigations, and continuous improvement.

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in a biopharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience with bioreactors, centrifugation, filtration, chromatography, and UF/DF.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CIP systems and clean utility design.
• Willingness to travel within Ireland and internationally.
