Description

You will drive execution of cross-functional initiatives critical to launching our eVTOL aircraft into production, focusing on scaling powertrain prototype and production lines from low to high rate production. You'll orchestrate pre-production builds, ensure supplier and factory readiness, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related technical field
• 7+ years of program management or manufacturing engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or complex manufacturing
• Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with engineers and executives
• Solid understanding of manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and product introduction processes
• Electric powertrain development experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver critical work packages across engineering, manufacturing, and operational readiness
• Lead cross-functional planning and execution with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams
• Drive supplier and factory readiness including MBOM, ERP/MRP/MES systems validation
• Orchestrate pre-production build activities balancing quality, cost, and schedule
• Track program schedules, identify critical paths, risks, and recovery plans
