💼 About This Role

You'll be Kontakt.io's first in-house legal leader, building a lean function that supports commercial scale, protects IP, and manages risk. You'll advise the executive team on complex enterprise SaaS agreements with major health systems. This role offers the chance to shape legal strategy for a company backed by Goldman Sachs, scaling toward $100M+ ARR.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Structure and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements with health systems.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and define in-house scope.
• Own corporate governance and cap table maintenance.
• Ensure HIPAA, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience with law firm and in-house mix.
• JD and active bar membership (New York preferred).
• Enterprise SaaS/BAA contract negotiation experience.
• Data protection and healthcare compliance expertise.
