🎯 What You'll Do

• Design training curriculum for technician and workshop management.
• Administer and report training outcomes including train-the-trainer programs.
• Perform site audits to ensure training proficiency retention.
• Organize training schedules across multiple partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years professional automotive service instructional experience.
• Built and maintained standard operating procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leveraged a Learning Management System to track training.

• 10+ years in automotive service field.
• Data analytics in Excel, GSheets, or SQL.
• Proficient with automotive OEM diagnostic software and repair methods.
