Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing quota-carrying sales teams
- Proven track record of meeting large ARR quotas ($2.5M+)
- Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and drive change in a fast-paced environment
- Experience executing a prescribed go-to-market strategy
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and KPIs
- Hire and manage a high-performing sales team
- Accurately forecast team bookings
- Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development
- Develop intimate market knowledge to prioritize high-value accounts
