Requirements

  • 5+ years experience managing quota-carrying sales teams
  • Proven track record of meeting large ARR quotas ($2.5M+)
  • Strong leadership, integrity, and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and drive change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience executing a prescribed go-to-market strategy

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota and KPIs
  • Hire and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Accurately forecast team bookings
  • Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Business Development
  • Develop intimate market knowledge to prioritize high-value accounts
