Description

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Starlink, you will own the customer relationship from contract signature through activation and ongoing account management, ensuring contract terms are fulfilled and driving retention and growth. You will work with enterprise customers across industries like maritime, rail, and oil and gas, delivering exceptional service and gathering feedback to improve Starlink's offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma with 10+ years of business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 15%
  • Must relocate to Hawthorne, CA (not a remote position)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature through onboarding, account management, and retention
  • Define and streamline processes to enable custom solutions for industries like trucking, oil and gas, and maritime
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues and building relationships to manage expectations
  • Collect and champion customer feedback internally to influence product and program development
  • Retain and grow account revenue in hardware and service, acting as owner to realize forecasted revenue
