Description
You will manage the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support, including billing and notifications, for BlackSky's international portfolio. You'll work with cutting-edge satellite imagery and analytics products, collaborate cross-functionally, and advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
- Excellent written and executive communication skills; fluent in English
- Demonstrated capability to quickly assimilate use of various software applications
- Ability to translate customer mission needs into product or service requirements
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in BlackSky’s products and services and discuss product value propositions
- Serve as front-line contact for customer support inquiries via email and phone
- Prioritize and drive resolution for escalated customer issues
- Oversee customer order progress, cancellations, and deliveries
- Onboard and train enterprise customers and their user base
