Description

You will manage the customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support, including billing and notifications, for BlackSky's international portfolio. You'll work with cutting-edge satellite imagery and analytics products, collaborate cross-functionally, and advocate for customers by sharing feedback with product teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • At least 6 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
  • Excellent written and executive communication skills; fluent in English
  • Demonstrated capability to quickly assimilate use of various software applications
  • Ability to translate customer mission needs into product or service requirements

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in BlackSky’s products and services and discuss product value propositions
  • Serve as front-line contact for customer support inquiries via email and phone
  • Prioritize and drive resolution for escalated customer issues
  • Oversee customer order progress, cancellations, and deliveries
  • Onboard and train enterprise customers and their user base
