You'll deliver in-home physical therapy to adult and geriatric patients in and around San Antonio, focusing on restoring strength and mobility to help them live safely. You'll enjoy flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume through our agency partner network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals
• Implement rehabilitation and exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery and prevention
• Maintain accurate documentation per Medicare standards

📋 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR)
