💼 About This Role

You'll lead product strategy for Finance Automation across three squads at Perk, an intelligent travel and spend management platform. You'll eliminate tedious accounting workflows for Finance Controllers, driving measurable business outcomes through AI-powered automation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own group vision, strategy, and roadmap across Financial Experience and ERP Integrations.
• Lead and grow a team of PMs through coaching and structured 1-1s.
• Drive high-velocity execution using customer feedback and data.
• Define and own ERP integration strategy for scalability and reliability.
• Champion finance controller experience across the product lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with 2+ years leading multiple squads.
• Deep understanding of finance automation including ERP integrations.
• Fluency in data analysis and setting clear KPIs.
• Passion for AI demonstrated through hands-on prototyping or projects.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise finance users like CFOs or controllers.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Xero, or QuickBooks.
• Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or Cursor for rapid prototyping.
