Description

You will design intuitive, accessible, and consistent UI/UX for the System's web applications, focusing on user research, prototyping, and collaboration with developers to deliver accessible and effective digital experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience with data visualization and/or dashboards
• Experience with Storyboards or Wireframes
• Experience with User Experience (UX), User Research or Persona Creation
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Create user personas and journey maps to understand user needs and behaviors
• Design information architecture and navigation flows to optimize user workflows
• Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts
• Establish and maintain design systems and component libraries
• Implement responsive designs that work across various devices
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
• Conduct usability testing to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with product owners to align designs with business requirements
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices
