You'll own the full commercial relationship and customer success across 100-200 corporate accounts. You'll drive net revenue retention and cross-sell ElevenLabs' expanding product suite. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing AI company with a systems-building approach.

  • Build scaled playbooks for high-volume account management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes (quota, renewals, cross-sell)
  • Comfortable managing a high-volume book with a systems mindset
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs
