You'll own the full commercial relationship and customer success across 100-200 corporate accounts. You'll drive net revenue retention and cross-sell ElevenLabs' expanding product suite. This role offers high impact in a fast-growing AI company with a systems-building approach.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build scaled playbooks for high-volume account management
- Drive net revenue retention and cross-sell across product suite
- Advise customers on agent design and voice customization
- Analyze product usage data to identify expansion opportunities
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Management or Customer Success in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of owning commercial outcomes (quota, renewals, cross-sell)
- Comfortable managing a high-volume book with a systems mindset
- Hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs

- Experience in voice AI, audio AI, or conversational AI space
- Experience selling or expanding into multiple products within a platform
