You'll join a quickly scaling Client Development team at Altruist, an AI platform for wealth professionals. You'll deliver results by achieving quota and supporting the entire sales team, while leveraging consultative selling skills to guide financial advisors. This role offers the chance to shape product priorities by capturing advisor feedback in a rapidly growing fintech environment.
π― What You'll Do
- Achieve individual quarterly and annual sales quota
- Develop deep understanding of Altruist platform and features
- Use consultative selling to build trust and guide advisors
- Capture advisor feedback to inform company priorities
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
π Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or in B2B financial services sales
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong consultative sales skills
- Series 7 and 63 securities licenses
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Marketing, or related field
