💼 About This Role
You'll drive revenue for new business, services, and renewals by selling Puppet's IT automation solutions to large enterprise customers in the Germany & CEE markets. You'll manage current accounts, develop a pipeline, and coordinate with channel partners and pre-sales engineering.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Actively manage current accounts and prospect for new opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline equal to 3x quota.
- Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and reports to sales leadership.
- Drive successful rollout and adoption of Puppet Enterprise.
📋 Requirements
- 4+ years experience as an enterprise account executive selling into Germany & CEE markets.
- Experience selling software to Fortune 500/1000 accounts.
- Ability to develop and execute territory plans using sales methodologies like Target Account Selling.
- Native or professional German language skills (compulsory).
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience selling professional services.
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
- Experience leveraging channel and alliance partners.
