💼 About This Role

You'll drive revenue for new business, services, and renewals by selling Puppet's IT automation solutions to large enterprise customers in the Germany & CEE markets. You'll manage current accounts, develop a pipeline, and coordinate with channel partners and pre-sales engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Actively manage current accounts and prospect for new opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline equal to 3x quota.
  • Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and reports to sales leadership.
  • Drive successful rollout and adoption of Puppet Enterprise.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as an enterprise account executive selling into Germany & CEE markets.
  • Experience selling software to Fortune 500/1000 accounts.
  • Ability to develop and execute territory plans using sales methodologies like Target Account Selling.
  • Native or professional German language skills (compulsory).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling professional services.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Experience leveraging channel and alliance partners.
