🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead production execution during final stages of AAA game development
• Drive project roadmap completion by identifying risks and resolving blockers
• Manage and mentor Producers and Associate Producers
• Collaborate with department directors to align scope and timelines
• Optimize production workflows and tooling for efficiency

📋 Requirements

• Shipped at least two AA+/AAA titles as Producer or Lead Producer
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Advanced proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Leadership experience managing production teams in high-pressure environments
