Description

You will define and ship AI experiences across Automattic's products (WordPress.com, WooCommerce, Tumblr, etc.), working directly with engineers to rapidly prototype and iterate. Drive experimentation at scale and push the boundaries of what's possible with AI, serving hundreds of millions of users.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years in product management with 2+ years shipping AI/ML-powered features at scale
• Track record of exceptional product impact that changed user behavior
• Strong technical fluency: create mockups, analyze data, understand API constraints
• Experience working across multiple products with diverse architectures
• Proven ability to work with top-tier engineering talent
