🎯 What You'll Do

• Design best-in-class mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma using design systems
• Collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers
• Lead early concepts, wireframes, and prototypes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product or UX design experience with strong mobile-first portfolio
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping
• Experience working in agile teams and partnering with developers, researchers, and content designers
• Use research and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
