You'll work as a trusted advisor to help agencies scale and optimize their TV strategy through data-driven decision making. You’ll partner with internal teams to translate media insights into actionable recommendations that drive measurable results, leveraging data from Tatari’s proprietary platform. This role combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute linear TV and streaming buys across various inventory types.
  • Optimize campaigns using real-time data from Tatari’s platform.
  • Partner with client management to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Lead client conversations, present strategic recommendations, and communicate performance.

📋 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in TV and video media buying and planning.
  • Deep understanding of the TV and streaming landscape, including networks, publishers, and programming.
  • Proven success scaling TV campaigns using performance KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets and experience with measurement tools.

  • Programmatic or platform trading experience.
  • Experience with sports and premium placements.
  • Familiarity with full marketing funnel concepts.
